for IA-NA that should be sent in the DHCPv6 messages. This will be
reflected in the Nokia vendor specific pool option. (vendor-id 6527,
option-id 0x02).
              
The 'no' form of of the corresponding CLI command removes pool-name
and the option will not be sent in DHCPv6.
