Object

The value of vRtrOperRouterId indicates an Ipv4 IP-address, uniquely
identifying the router in the Autonomous System (AS).
              
The value of the vRtrOperRouterId will be determined based on the
following priority rules and context:
              
Base Router Instance:
   1. vRtrRouterId (if not set to the default value).
   2. System Interface address (Ipv4)
   3. Derived from the chassis MAC address
              
VPN Instance:
   1. vRtrRouterId (if not set to the default value).
   2. The Base Router Instance vRtrOperRouterId value.
