If a corresponding index does not exist in
TIMETRA-MPLS-MIB::vRtrMplsLspTemplateTable, an 'inconsistentValue'
error will be returned.
An inconsistentValue' error is returned if this object is set to
non-default value when vRtrMvpnSpmsiP2MPAdmin is set to its
non-default value.
