whose parameters are configured in
TIMETRA-TREE-SID-MIB::vRtrTreeSidPolicyEntry table and are signaled to
the automatically created P2MP LSP for the inclusive provider tunnel.
              
If the corresponding index does not exist in
TIMETRA-TREE-SID-MIB::vRtrTreeSidPolicyEntry table, an
'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
