column IF-MIBInterfaceIndex 
The value of vRtrIfNameIndex gives the value of vRtrIfIndex for a row
in the vRtrIfTable. This row corresponds to the virtual router
interface which has interface name as vRtrIfName. Every vRtrIfName is
unique within a specific instance of vRtrID.
