source address used on TWAMP-LIGHT measurement packets sent from this
interface.
              
When this value is not configured, the source address of the
TWAMP-LIGHT measurement packet will be derived from the IPv4 address
of the interface.
              
The type of this address is specified by the value of
vRtrIfLnkDlyTwampIpv4SrcAddrType.
