The value of vRtrIfDhcp6ClStateLeaseValidLftm indicates the UTC date
when the valid lifetime of the private IP address (i.e.,
vRtrIfDhcp6ClStateCiAddr) will expire.
              
Once the valid lifetime expires, vRtrIfDhcp6ClStateCiAddr must be
renewed or rebound.
