The value of vRtrIfAdminLinkLocalAddr specifies the link local IP
address of this virtual router interface.
              
Last four bytes of the address ('zone') refers to router interface
identifier (vRtrIfIndex).
              
This object will return default value of empty string when
vRtrIfAdminLinkLocalAddrType is set to 'unknown'.
