The value of the object vRtrBgpIpVpnAttrSetExport specifies the
origination behaviors of attribute-set.
              
When it is set to 'true', it instructs BGP to add ATTR_SET to  all
exported routes from this VPRN, regardless of whether they  are MPLS
or SRv6. When it is set to 'false', it instructs BGP to not add
ATTR_SET  to exported routes from this VPRN (default for backwards
compatibility).
