Setting the value of tmnxVrrpRouteUnknownEventDefaultAllowed to
'true', allows the default route to match the IP prefix associated
with the event. This value is valid only when
tmnxVrrpRouteUnknownEventLessSpecific is 'true'. If
tmnxVrrpRouteUnknownEventLessSpecific is 'false' this value is
ignored.
