Object
The value of the object tTls13SrvSignListParamSuiteCode specifies the
signature code related to tTls13SrvSignListParamIndex within the list
specified by tTlsSrvSignListName.
In order for the row creation to succeed, the value of
tTls13SrvSignListParamSuiteCode has to be provided in the same SNMP
SET PDU as the tTls13SrvSignListParamRowStatus.
Otherwise the SET request will fail with an 'inconsistentValue' error.
