column r/w TTlsV13GroupSuiteCode 
The value of the object tTls13SrvGrpListParamSuiteCode specifies the
group code related to tTls13SrvGrpListParamIndex within the list
specified by tTlsSrvGrpListName.
              
In order for the row creation to succeed, the value of
tTls13SrvGrpListParamSuiteCode has to be provided in the same SNMP SET
PDU as the tTls13SrvGrpListParamRowStatus.
              
Otherwise the SET request will fail with an 'inconsistentValue' error.
