column r/w TTlsV13CipherSuiteCode 
The value of the object tTls13SrvCiphListParamSuiteCode specifies the
cipher suite code related to tTls13SrvCiphListParamIndex within the
list specified by server cipher list name.
              
In order for the row creation to succeed, the value of
tTls13SrvCiphListParamSuiteCode has to be provided in the same SNMP
SET PDU as the tTls13SrvCiphListParamRowStatus.
              
Otherwise the SET request will fail with an 'inconsistentValue' error.
