Object
The value of the object tTls13ClntSignListParamSuiteCode specifies the
signature code related to tTls13ClntSignListParamIndex within the list
specified by tTlsClntSignListName.
In order for the row creation to succeed, the value of
tTls13ClntSignListParamSuiteCode has to be provided in the same SNMP
SET PDU as the tTls13ClntSignListParamRowStatus.
Otherwise the SET request will fail with an 'inconsistentValue' error.
