column r/w TTlsV13GroupSuiteCode 
The value of the object tTls13ClntGrpListParamSuiteCode specifies the
group code related to tTls13ClntGrpListParamIndex within the list
specified by tTlsClntGrpListName.
              
In order for the row creation to succeed, the value of
tTls13ClntGrpListParamSuiteCode has to be provided in the same SNMP
SET PDU as the tTls13ClntGrpListParamRowStatus.
              
Otherwise the SET request will fail with an 'inconsistentValue' error.
