column r/w TTlsV13CipherSuiteCode 
The value of the object tTls13ClntCiphListParamSuiteCode specifies the
cipher suite code related to tTls13ClntCiphListParamIndex within the
list specified by client cipher list name.
              
In order for the row creation to succeed, the value of
tTls13ClntCiphListParamSuiteCode has to be provided in the same SNMP
SET PDU as the tTls13ClntCiphListParamRowStatus.
              
Otherwise the SET request will fail with an 'inconsistentValue' error.
