ecmp groups allowed for the ecmp bundle. When tmnxSysResEcmpProfType
is 'mpls', maximum value of tmnxSysResEcmpProfNumGrps is 2047, Only
when tmnxSysResEcmpProfType is 'ip', can the maximum value of
tmnxSysResEcmpProfNumGrps be 2048.
