notification 
[CAUSE] The tmnxSysLicenseExpiresSoon notification is generated when
the license is due to expire soon.
          
[EFFECT] The system will reboot at the end of the time remaining, as
specified by tmnxSysLicenseTimeLeft.
          
[RECOVERY] Configure a valid license file location and file name.
