version of gNMI service provided by gRPC server.
          
Values other than 'latest' are only for backward compatibility with
legacy collectors.
          
This leaf affect also Dial-out Telemetry feature.
          
  'latest (0)' - Use latest supported version.
  'v070 (1)'   - Use gNMI 0.7.0 version.
