scalar TIMETRA-TC-MIBTNamedItemOrEmpty 
The value of tmnxSysCandidateCfgUser indicates the name of a system
user who initiated the last commit of the candidate config.
          
This object only applies to the classic CLI candidate functionality.
It is not applicable to model-driven candidates or functionality.
