identifier DHCP Unique Identifier (DUID).
          
When the value of sbiAutoIpv6DhcpClientIdDuidType is not equal to
'none', a non-empty value must be specified.
          
A non-empty value is only allowed when the value of
sbiAutoIpv6DhcpClientIdDuidType is not equal to 'none'.
