The radiusOperStatus will have a value of 'up' if any one of the RADIUS servers in the radiusServerTable has the radiusServerOperStatus value of 'up'. It will have a value of 'down' if all the RADIUS servers in the radiusServerTable have the radiusServerOperStatus value of 'down'.
