The value of tmnxSubProfAltProfName specifies the alternate subscriber
profile to be used if the threshold configured in
tmnxSubAltProfThresholdType and tmnxSubAltProfThresholdNumber is hit.
In this case the current profile will not be used. If
tmnxSubProfAltProfName is not configured then the current profile will
be used even if the threshold conditions apply. The value of
tmnxSubProfAltProfName must refer to another existing subscriber
profile (see tmnxSubProfName) that itself does not have an
alternate-profile.
