notification 
[CAUSE] The system may issue the tmnxSubHostInfoConflict notification
when it detects a conflict while processing the parameters to be
applied to a new subscriber host.
          
[EFFECT] The host is set up, but with unexpected values for some
parameters.
          
[RECOVERY] None.
