The value of tmnxSubAcctPlcyNasPortTypeType specifies what kind of
value will be put in the RADIUS NAS-Port-Type attribute if included in
RADIUS accounting-request messages.
              
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortType' bit is set in
tmnxSubAcctPlcyInclAttributes.
