The value of tmnxSLAProfAltProfName specifies the alternate SLA
profile to be used if the threshold configured in
tmnxSubAltProfThresholdType and tmnxSubAltProfThresholdNumber is hit.
In this case the current profile will not be used. If
tmnxSLAProfAltProfName is not configured then the current profile will
be used even if the threshold conditions apply. The value of
tmnxSLAProfAltProfName must refer to another existing SLA profile (see
tmnxSLAProfName) that itself does not have an alternate-profile.
