The value of tmnxPfcpAssocPeerSystemNodeType specifies how to identify
the PFCP peer node id.
              
The received PFCP Node ID IE value is matched against the specified
value tmnxPfcpAssocPeerSystemNodeType. If
tmnxPfcpAssocPeerSystemNodeType is set to useIpAddress, the  PFCP Node
ID IE must be matched against the configured tmnxPfcpAssocPeerAddr. If
tmnxPfcpAssocPeerSystemNodeType is set to fqdn, the PFCP Node IE  must
be matched against the configured tmnxPfcpAssocPeerNodeIdFqdn.
