The value of vRtrSrStPlcySrv6RetPathBfdSidT specifies the type of the
vRtrSrStPlcySrv6RetPathBfdSid IP address.
If the value of vRtrSrStPlcySrv6RetPathBfdSidT is 'unknown', it means
that BFD asynchronous mode is used and no return path SRv6 SID will be
pushed on the BFD packet at the initiator.
When vRtrSrStaticPlcyMainPlcyName for this entry is not default then
the vRtrSrMainPlcyReturnPathLabel for the policy specified by
vRtrSrStaticPlcyMainPlcyName can't be set to other value than default
when SRv6 SID (vRtrSrStPlcySrv6RetPathBfdSidT and
vRtrSrStPlcySrv6RetPathBfdSid) is set to other value than default.
