The value of vRtrSrStPlcySegBehaviorAndStruct enables/disables the use
of SRv6 Behavior and Structure (B&S) to be used by the system for the
SID(vRtrSrStPlcySegSrv6SidAddrType vRtrSrStPlcySegSrv6SidAddr).
              
The value can be set to 'true' only when the SRv6 SID is configured
(vRtrSrStPlcySegSrv6SidAddrType,vRtrSrStPlcySegSrv6SidAddr).
              
When the value of vRtrSrStPlcySegBehaviorAndStruct is changed to
'true' the value of vRtrSrStPlcySegBSBehavior must be set to other
value than 'none' in the same PDU.
              
When the value is set to 'false', the B&S configuration will be set to
 default by the system.
              
Modifying the vRtrSrStPlcySegBehaviorAndStruct and related objects
requires setting of vRtrSrStPlcySegListAdminState to 'outOfService'.
