IPv4 node SID label or index for the interface.
              
When tmnxSrMplsPfxSidFaIpv4SidType is set to 'label',
the label value must be within the range defined by
TIMETRA-MPLS-MIB::vRtrMplsLabelSegRouteStartLabel and
TIMETRA-MPLS-MIB::vRtrMplsLabelSegRouteEndLabel.
