should be used in all unsolicited packets sent by the application
specified by the value of tmnxSourceIPProtoApp. For the value
specified by tmnxSourceIPProtoApp, either of tmnxSourceIPAddress or
tmnxSourceIPIfIndex can be specified, but not both.
