type of the session limit that has been exceeded.
          
sshSessionLimit    (1): limit for number of concurrent SSH user
                        access sessions
telnetSessionLimit (2): limit for number of concurrent Telnet user
                        access sessions
totalSessionLimit  (3): limit for number of all concurrent user
                        access sessions
