The value of tmnxPkiCertUpdProfSchedType specifies the scheduling of
certificate update relative to one of the two options, either relative
to the time at which the certificate expires, 'beforeExpiry' (1), or
relative to the time at which the certificate was issued, 'afterIssue'
(2).
