[CAUSE] The tmnxPkiCertAfterExpWarning notification is generated when
the certificate indicated in tmnxSecNotifFile has expired.
          
[EFFECT] The indicated certificate has expired.
          
[RECOVERY] Replace the indicated file with an updated certificate.
