The value of tmnxPkiCAProfUrlFileTransProf specifies the name of the
file transmission profile to be matched.
              
This object must be configured together with tmnxPkiCAProfUrl.
              
File transmission profiles are configured using
tmnxSysFileTransProfTable.
              
The value of an empty string specifies that no file transmission
profile is configured.
