The value of tmnxPkiCAProfUrl specifies the URL, which specifies the
location, where an updated CRL can be downloaded from.
              
This object must be configured together with
tmnxPkiCAProfUrlFileTransProf.
              
The value of an empty string specifies no URL is configured.
