The value of tmnxIPMafMatchL4SrcPortMask specifies a mask to be used
when the value of tmnxIPMafMatchL4SrcPort is not equal to '0'.
              
The mask allows a range of TCP or UDP port values to be specified for
the match criteria in this Management Access Filter Entry.
              
If set to '0' the match on the source port number is removed, and both
objects tmnxIPMafMatchL4SrcPort and tmnxIPMafMatchL4SrcPortMask are
reset to their default values.
