The tmnxGenMafRowStatus object is used to create and delete rows in
the tmnxGenMafTable.  The values supported during a set operation are
- active(1)
- createAndGo(4),
- createAndWait(5) which is treated in the same way as createAndGo(4)
- destroy(6).
