The value of tmnxSapTlsExDiameterAuthPolicy specifies the name of the
Diameter NASREQ application policy used for authentication.
              
A non empty value is only allowed for a SAP with a sapSubType value of
'capture'.
              
A non empty value must correspond to a row in the
TIMETRA-DIAMETER-MIB::tmnxDiamApNqTable.
