Object
When sapTlsLimitMacMove value is set to 'blockable' the agent will monitor the MAC relearn rate on this SAP, and it will block it when the relearn rate specified by svcTlsMacMoveMaxRate is exceeded. When the value is 'nonBlockable' this SAP will not be blocked, and another blockable SAP will be blocked instead.
