If the value is 0, there is no limit. Only if the value is 1, the
'single-sub-parameters' defined with objects
sapSubMgmtProfiledTrafficOnly, sapSubMgmtNonSubTrafficSubProf and
sapSubMgmtNonSubTrafficSlaProf are meaningful.
