The value of sapEgrEncapGrpRangeEndId indicates the end value of encapsulation member identifier range. When the encapsulation group's qos-per-member object is set to true, the value of sapEgrEncapGrpRangeEndId is always equal to the sapEgrEncapGrpMember. This is because member ranges are not supported when qos-per-member is enabled.
