The value of msapPlcySubMgmtProfiledTrafOnly specifies whether only
profiled traffic is applicable for the MSAP. If set to 'true', the
MSAP queues will be deleted.
              
The value of this object is only meaningful if
msapPlcySubMgmtSubscriberLimit is set to 1.
