Multiplier per interface. If specified, this value will override  the
globally defined value of Dark Bandwidth Multiplier specified  by
vRtrRsvpGenExtDBwMultiplier.
              
By default, this will inherit the value of
vRtrRsvpGenExtDBwMultiplier.
