neighbor to match on. The object tRPOperPSFromCritNbrInetAddr is
disabled if it holds the value ff:ff:ff:ff.
              
The type of this address is determined by the value of the
tRPOperPSFromCritNbrInetAddrType object.
              
tRPOperPSFromCritNbrInetAddr object replaces
tRPOperPSFromCriteriaNeighborIpAddr that supports only IPv4 address
style neighbor.
