The value of tRPOperPSFromCritCommunityCount indicates the number of
BGP communities to match the BGP route on.
              
The tRPOperPSFromCritCommunityCount can be a string containing the
number of communities in the range [0-1024] or a variable name that
needs to be resolved to get the community count.
