The value of tRPOperPSAActSrReturnPathBfdLbl indicates the Return Path
MPLS label for the BFD packet from the route matching this entry.
              
The SID can only be set if tRPOperPSAcptActSrMaintPolicy is set.
              
The value of this object can be a string containing the label value in
the range [32..1048575] or a variable name TPolicyVariableName that
needs to be resolved to get the label. An empty string means that it
is disabled.
