column INET-ADDRESS-MIBInetAddressPrefixLength 
The value of tRPOperInetPrefixListBeginLen indicates the prefix length
to use as the lower limit for the prefix range when
tRPOperInetPrefixListType set to range(4). The value must be larger
than tRPOperInetPrefixListPrefixLen and less than
tRPOperInetPrefixListThroughLen.
