The value of tRPAdminPSPolicyVarPrefixLength specifies the prefix
length of the prefix to which tRPAdminPSPolicyVarName is resolved.
              
This object tRPAdminPSPolicyVarPrefixLength is ignored when the object
tRPAdminPSPolicyVarType has a value different from prefix (5).
