for this row.
              
To Create a row, set this object to 'createAndGo(4)'. When
tRPAdminControlApply is set to 'commit(3)', the row will actually be
created in the tRPOperPSFromCriteriaTable.
              
To destroy a row, set this object to 'destroy(6)'. When
tRPAdminControlApply is set to 'commit(3)', the row will actually be
removed from the tRPOperPSFromCriteriaTable.
